1. You understand and agree that any products or materials offered in your connection with PipVac are digital products which are downloadable from the PipVac.com. No product will be physically shipped to you as a purchaser of the product. You must download, install, and set-up the product(s) yourself.
2. You understand and agree that their is no cost to become a member of PipVac or the PipVac trading system. However, after the first 30 day trial period, you will be charged a recurring monthly subscription fee of $29.95 for use of the PipVac-EA and signals delivery system via PayPal for continued use of PipVac’s trading services. You understand that the subscription (maintenance) fee will be automatically deducted from your PayPal account on a monthly basis. You also understand there is NO REFUND offered and that all sales and or subscription fees are final and binding upon you as the purchaser. You may cancel you subscription at any time without penalty.
3. You understand and agree that PipVac shall not be held responsible for any income projections, income claims, or promises made by any other person or entity which are not specifically and accurately stated on this website.
4. You understand and agree that you are of legal age in the jurisdiction of your residency.
5. You understand and agree to receive email communications, offers, and related correspondence from PipVac via email to the email address you provided to PipVac.
6. You understand and agree that spamming in any form is prohibited by PipVac and that such actions on your part will result in the immediate termination of your member status. You will not use or transmit unsolicited email or faxes, mass e-mail distribution or “spamming” in order to promote PipVac, its service, or any other aspect of PipVac. These restrictions do not include an email or fax to any person with that person’s prior express invitation or permission or to any person with whom you have an established personal or business relationship. YOU WILL NOT VIOLATE ANY STATE OR FEDERAL “DO NOT CALL” LAWS OR USE AUTOMATED CALLING.
7. You understand and agree that by subscribing to PipVac’s Forex trading and signal deliver service that you have read this membership agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions and that you have independently evaluated the desirability of participating in the PipVac trading system program and are not relying on any representation, guarantee, or statement other than as set forth in this agreement and that your decision to join us as such was not based upon any form of enticement from any PipVac member who may have made promises to you, or that it would be easy to make any amount of money without suitable, systematic, and continuous work on your part.
8. You understand and agree that by becoming a member of the PipVac trading community you agree to the terms and conditions of use of this website and the terms and conditions of this membership agreement and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions as well as the other policies of PipVac to include the privacy policy. If you do not wish to be bound by the terms of this membership agreement, please do not subscribe to the PipVac offer and exit now. Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with this website, or any products and services offered, is to stop using PipVac and/or those particular products or online marketing services offered herein.
9. You understand and agree that the PipVac-EA is a trading system by itself and will generate trades and is affiliated with the PipVac trading system. That SignalCopyMySQL is not a trading system and is only used to deliver signals generated by the PipVac-EA. That PipVac, PipVac-EA and SignalCopyMySQL shall not be held liable for any damages or cost of any type arising out of or in any way connected with your use this software or malfunction of 3rd party software or services used our software. That the software and services are provided “As Is” and any express or implied warranties, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed in no event shall the copyright owner or contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, procurement of substitute goods or services; loss of use, data, or profits, or business interruption) however caused and on any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, or tort (including negligence or otherwise) arising in any way out of the use of this software, even if advised or the possibility of such damage.
10. You understand and agree that this membership agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous communications and may be changed without prior notice at anytime it is deemed necessary to comply with local, state, or federal law or to protect the company PipVac.
